I am wondering how the (4) USB 3.0 ports on my Mac Mini are grouped together? Are there 2 Bus Controllers (2 Ports per Bus) or does every USB port have its own bus? I would like to know so I can figure out the total & individual USB Bandwidths. That way I can setup my multiple external drives into the best configuration.

USB Externals: Primarily a couple 2.0 WDs, a 3.0 WD, and I will be getting a 3.0 SSD soon.
**Also, if anyone can recommend a USB 3.0 Hub that would work well with a 2012 Mac Mini, there seems to be a lot of controversy when it comes to 3.0 Hubs and 2012 Mac's.
